The Product Analysis Laboratory is an integral part of the technology support infrastructure of Hong Kong Science Parks Corporation for semiconductor, electronic, photonics and nanotechnology industries. It is equipped with advanced equipment for electrical, chemical, material, surface and micro-analysis, failure analysis, and design debug of new products.
